urq Coilover Spring Rate help

Whats everyone using for spring rates?

I see numbers all over the place...

What ive seen for an aggressive street car is 400lb in the rear and 350lb up front.

Anyone have some opinions?

I have used 300lb matched springs all round. They are 2.5" diameter, 8" long and I'm using semi solid top mounts along with a similar setup on the engine, gearbox and rear diff. The subframe ones are all solid and poly bush everywhere else.

I would say it is hard. Some people go harder on the rear if you have no rear ARB.

Yes I have. The mounts have a 90 grade poly in them which is quite hard, but obviously not as hard as metal on metal.

Thinking of adding an ARB on the rear at some point, other than that, happy with the setup.
