Default ur Brake problem

Hi all,
Me again! I have been doing a service on the ur, including the brakes. I have replaced the rear calipers with refurbed 20v & disks/pads, also the front calipers I have refurbiished with a new seal kit sliders/ new pads and disks, new brake fluid.
Before I started, taking it to its mot, (after being in storage for 6 months) I was forced to apply the brakes quite hard due to traffic coming to an abrupt stop.
Since then, I have the " Attention, brake system defective" warning, the brakes still work ok, albeit a little spongy today until all 4 brakes bed in.

Thanks for advice

Please check brake fluid- level switch, I believe.

Attention! Brake system defective- pressure switch on the brake hydraulic assembly. There's 2 switches. One for system pressure, and one for circuit pressure. Dirty switch connections can create a warning.
Would bleeding the brakes again help? Possibly. It wouldn't hurt, but maybe irrelevant.

On the V8, I get a red flashing warning light, and on the UR, have had an aural brake warning, following an emergency stop (ABS kicking in) Always, it's disappeared in normal driving, even with heavy braking.

It was happening before I worked on the brakes, (I have bled 4 litres of new brake fluid through the lines to make sure! I cant believe how dirty the old stuff was!)

The amber warning triangle is constantly on as well

Just went to the garage to check what was suggested, I took off the 2 spade connectors on the top of brake fluid reservoir, gave them a wire wool clean, and no more warning! so it was a dodgy contact, thanks
