retro fit headlamp washers?

Is it possible to retro fit headlamp washers?

My 100 quattro hasn't got them, but after 30 miles of driving I have to stop and clean the lights.

SOmething like this:

then put a tee piece into the pipe to the windscreen jets?

you could fit them but the normal washer pump is not powerfull enough you still need a propper powerful pump and a twin larger bottel you could use air hose i did on my coupe
oh yes and make sure the nosel on the washer jet is adjustable or it could spray the roof instead
