Hello folks. After long time I decided to come here to look for a thread like this and I wasn't disappointed
I'm fed up with hearing brexit stuff in the news all the time. I also hate to see that you there don't have government with guts - instead the whole thing is being mashed around, and I'm wondering where it will end up I fully agree with what 4v6 and some like minded persons have been writing. I guess some credit for helping opening my eyes goes to Soren, for showing me some video some time ago - although that mostly has happened due to me spending too much time at computer reading and watching various stuff, instead of doing something to my mk2... |

I agree we voted to leave and that's what we should do. Leave the unelected Boys Club. Deal or no deal who cares. When you have nothing further to lose you just don't care. What I do want is a government that listens, but ours have something stuck in there ears and just haven't listened to the voters wishes.

This is quite a good image floating around on Fb No wonder why the Government is war gaming at "Cobra" the possibility of a curfew and putting soldiers on our streets in case of mass civil disobedience. Anyone wondered why the Bullsh*te Broadcasting Corporation isn't reporting on the French Yellow jackets despite it's going on less than 30 miles from England for the last 3 months? The whole sick establishment in this country need to grow up step up to the plate and uphold democracy the majority want! |

This is one reason of many others why the swine in parliament are against the will of the people.

I’m sure MSH is having a good giggle at this as it’s what he came for.
We’re watching the self destruction of the Tories, we’re quite possibly going to end up with a hard brexit (which we were promised was unthinkable at the start by the swivel eyed loons who started this) a border in Ireland, possibly a Labour Government and we’re just collateral damage (which could amount to thousands of jobs and billions of pounds) If you think there’s going to be no cost, you’re living on fantasy island..... Hey ho |

Omg, there will be some cost!
I have particular fondness for reading about history, so I'll remind you about two british statesman. One was Neville Chamberlain, who, just like you, was afraid that standing up to keep promises / alliances will have some cost, so he allowed Hitler his way. Then there was Winston Churchill, who was more interested in future, not just what will happen tomorrow or the day after, so he did what he had to do - you know the rest, of course. You remind me one comment I've read - it was something like "Remainers are very unromantic - leavers want national sovereignity and culture, while remainers - cheap international phone calls and cheap travels". In your case you apparently value money more than some priceless things... |
