Default Graf cyl heads

Has anybody any info on the Graf 5cyl cyl head ? John Button used a 4cyl version in his mk1 golf rallycross car in the late seventies early eighties and to date its the only known car to use the 4 cyl head.Lionel D`hondt used the 5cyl version on a quattro in the early eighties, has anybody got any info or links to this car ?
heres a pic of the 4cyl version

Hope somebody finds something. I just googled "Lionel D`hondt audi quattro" and got a bunch of info but no images of a 5 cylinder GRAF head. I have some photos of the 4 cyl version and would like to know more about the 5 cyl version too.
