I really hope she can be saved. I don't have a great deal of spares but have a useable o/s headlight shell & glass that's yours if you want it (sloping Cibie)

Oh man that’s awful, I feel for you.
If it’s any consolation mine was a burn out back in 87 when I got it, fire in the same place too. We rebuilt it and it ran for another 200,000 miles till 2010 and it’s being rebuilt again now. The only thing inside the car was the smell which never completely went away, otherwise the dash etc was ok. It needed a new engine loom which came from a 200. Of course most parts were available back then from the dealers! Wish you well whichever way you decide to go. |
