tyres and wheel paint code needed

tyres with white or red band, not full white walls just a band on the side wall does anyone know how much these are? and where can i find a wheel paint code?

North hants tyres sell them but they aren't cheap IIRC (they have a website)

Or there is Mr.Whitewalls - a one man company who can do this to any tyre. I have heard some horror stories about these procedures from a few people in the hot rod/custom scene whereby a certain process can weaken the sidewall. I emailed the man himself about this but received no reply.
