Ok, please put up any info, video, photos and comments regarding Audi's at Pikes Peak.

To Kick off, here's Michele Mouton in 1985 taking overall victory - Michele still holds the title to this day.

Thats a fantastic vid clip. You know, I think I can sum up my quattro passion by watching the four wheel drift in the clip just after Bobby Unser pipes up and listening to the noise of that awesome car. L7-2009

Michelle set the record by a big margin..

1985 - Sport quattro - 11 minutes 25.39 seconds.

1986 - S1 evo Quattro - Bobby Unser - 11 minutes 9.22 seconds.
This was 16seconds quicker than Michelle!!!

Walter beat it the following year in the famous purpose built pikes peak S1 evo.
10:47.85, shattering Bobby Unser’s record by 21.4 seconds ! This was Walter Rohrl’s first ever attempt at Pikes Peak, and he beat Ari Vatanen’s Peugeot by more than 15 seconds.

yes Bobby did beat Michelle by 16 seconds..but that wasnt his first time up the hill and it was in an E2 that had more power and wings...just shows how much of a job Michelle had done! She was there in 84 I think in the rally car class...where is that car nowadays??
