BORING, but IMPORTANT: Please note that whilst we at The Market always aim to offer the most descriptive and transparent auction listings available, we cannot claim they are perfect analyses of any of the vehicles for sale. We offer far greater opportunity for bidders to view, or arrange inspections for each vehicle thoroughly prior to bidding than traditional auctions, and we never stop encouraging bidders to take advantage of this. We do take a good look at the vehicles delivered to our premises for sale, but this only results in our unbiased personal observations, not those of a qualified inspector or other professional
Might be helped if they described more the car for sale, and less the car that it isn’t.

bare metal respray less than 5 years ago and the boot floor going in the usual places.

Looks not a bad car but I wouldn't pay that kind of money. They just don't represent value any more.

I wouldn't be happy if my bare metal respray only lasted 4 years!

Problem now is the cowboys are moving on from selling rotting Ford Escorts for silly money cos they've ran out of them so they have had to find other older vehicles that they know nothing about and can pick up relatively cheap in todays market and mark up to unrealistic asking prices hoping to snear come gullible into purchasing.

I wrote to the seller on eBay and explained the difference as it annoyed me so much!
