Default 1989 gt
Seller Type : Private
Vehicle Make : Audi
Vehicle Model : 2.2 GT
Price : £4995
Location : Burnley/Colne Lancs
On Ebay : Ebay Link

NCTS.

Strong asking price but looks a straight example & June '89 reg date makes it one of the very last B2 Coupes registered.

Saw that Dave, it seems a lot of 89 run out GT's were VAG UK numbers - was there some scheme to get them all registered and sold off?

Looks nice (although I'd lose the wheels) so hopefully your N&N guy had a worthwhile trip

There could well have been a scheme Chris, we took a few pre-registered ones at Massingberd, my Dad'colleague bought a sapphire 2.2GT which I looked after until I left in 1992.

The other reason was (not a lot of people know this) we were getting the B3 Coupe later that year before any other market. The UK was the very first country to get it, even before Germany.
