Is a windscreen from a '75 exactly the same as the '73?

fairly certain the answer is yes.
bodywise the only real difference is the wings, bonnet, grille, and grille trim profiles.
you can actually change all the early body parts to a later car and vice versa. you've got to change all the bits though, not just cherry pick one or two.
with regards to the windscreen the a-post or scuttle didn't change so the windscreen is the same. there are a couple of different tints though.

I agree, I remember us fitting a screen in one, right at the beginning my time at VAG dealers in 85.
