They are the part of the actors, these lads are a 1960 road repair team, 3-4 of them who drive around in a 1960's mini pickup and just stop anywhere, bring out the barriers and start making tea.
Part of the act is to also give the public stick and make workman like comments about the ladies there, all in good taste and above board, its very funny, and they do just stop anywhere. |
