also could be handbrake switch-if the return springs on the handbrake cables don't pull the cable tight (and hence the lever down) the lever is loose and free to bonce on the switch.

This is actually a good way to see if the cable is free to move in the sleeve and if the return springs are working. If the handbrake lever is floppy, you have a problem.

The voice is (trying to) complain about something - hence the yellow light on the left.
This means the voice box has power and is probably all working, just doesn't have a speaker connected to it.

The red brake warning light on the right is only connected to the fluid level sensor in the brake reservoir cap and the switch under the handbrake (under the gaiter).

This will be one thing that the voice is complaining about. Fix that issue to see if there are more.

Most likely are poor connections at the fluid reservoir cap and the handbrake.
I would start by removing the 2 wires from the reservoir cap, inspect the wires and condition of the spade terminals, then short them together with a bit of wire - see if the light goes out then.

Boost cut could be inlet air temp sensor assuming it's been running fine until now.

What is the starting point?
Is this a car that you've owned and ran normally for some time, or a recent acquisition and an unknown quantity.
Ideally it would be good to know how much boost it's actually making with a mechanical gauge and is it normal or too much boost too quickly due to wastegate adjustment or a torn diaphragm etc.

Thanks everyone. I didn't get a chance to look at the car today. Hopefully tomorrow.

Car is fairly new to me. I bought it about 2 months ago. I'm finding lots of problems as I go!

Didn’t realise you’d lost your voice Dave 😉

Seems like you’re getting all the good advice here anyway 👍👍
