URS6 to 80 saloon S2 project?

Hi just looking for some advice, whilst waiting for a 2.8 v6 Audi 80 to come up for sale I've stumbled across a cheap Audi urs6 avant 2.2t and was wondering if this is a suitable doner car for an 80 s2 saloon project?

Questions I have are will the running gear move over to the 80 or will I have to buy Quattro model car to start with?

The urs6 is an auto. Will a v6 gearbox be the same as the s2 box ?

Has it been done this way before?

All the suspension parts are different. You can use the engine but if you are going manual will need 01e gearbox as well as a manual ecu, pedal box etc.
There was a link to a damaged S2 for sale in Ireland on the S2 forum. That would be a better bet and move the parts over to a good shell. If the Urs6 is chesp, get it for the engine anyway.
