On a big plastic sheet to contain all that flakes, breaks, or otherwise falls off.
As far away from any source of vibration which would likely hasten the flaking bit. Which probably also precludes starting it

If it's an indication of people wanting to invest their poorly performing cash somewhere other than banks or shares, then in a few weeks time, when the expected pension pot cash-in gets going, the classic car market may go mental
