Default Steering wheel nut size help

Can anyone confirm what the nut size is on a Coupe GT steering wheel. There is one at my local breakers and I need to remove the wheel to get to the indicator switch which I need for my Ur. I need to know which socket to take.
Cheers
Dave

Thanks.
I headed up armed with the necessary socket to find the car shell has been sold and I can’t touch it. 😢

That’s a shame for you Dave, but hopefully it’ll be returned to the road. What’s wrong with your one? As they can be carefully dismantled and repaired if it’s contacts or not cancelling.

It's not cancelling. I will have to have a look.
The shell has been bought by someone in the midlands who is making a shortie. Apparently it had recaro seats which they had removed for safety. The shell looked pretty rotten to me but the seats are nice.

Also picked up a nice Nardi sport steering wheel yesterday on eBay. After seeing yours, I just had to have one!

The indicators are tricky to put back together. There is a plastic tab that is melted in to place on construction that holds the lot together-you’ll find it easy enough!
I cut mine off, and held the lot together temporarily with a twist tie while reassembling onto car. Once in place, the plastic “rivet” isn’t needed-and the twist tie can just be removed.
