Default Audi-Festival 2010 for Classic Cars in Germany

Due to our fifth anniversary the German Type 43 club organizes a bigger event this year, the Audi-Festival! Foreign visitors are especially welcome! Not only the Type 43 - family is invited but all drivers of classic Audi cars until 1990, i.e. Audi 50, 60, 80, 100 C1-C3, V8 etc and further DKW, Horch, Wanderer or NSU models. We would like to have all different sorts of vehicles here.

For further informations just look here (sorry, but only in German): www.audi-festival.de
Perhaps we could welcome some more RHD in June?

If you have any questions, just contact me!

We´re already working for a translation.

Here some more informations:

Program summary:

Thursday, 3.June:
First possibility for check-in in the respective hotels and/or camping. We start the meeting at 06:00 pm at the local restaurant „German emperor “in the middle of Heubach to a cosy gathering. The hotel is directly at the market place/main street. Cars can be already parked in 100 m distance. This place is out-described with AUDI rings and arrows.

Friday, 4.June:
Further journey possibility. We start the meeting at 10:00 am at the local place. Noon can be individually used. There are several possibilities, which can be explained on respective desire. The company Triumpf (well known for female underwair) opens their house selling. In the evening we are then in a fixed tent, which is developed between lock place and cultural center. Regaling takes place through hay brook beer tavern „old Sudhaus “.

Sutterday.5.June
Again we meet at the local place. In the hall of the cultural center the respective general meetings take place starting at 11:00 am. A common drive-around is not intended because of the large number of vehicles. However who wants to get acquainted with the Swabian Alb you can do this independently (or small groups of cars). There is an amount of sufficient maps of different trip routes available. The company Triumpf opens until 04:00 pm this day.
There is also a large spare-parts market. Furthermore child maintenance is provided. Among other things there are an ancient child´s carousel, child make-ups etc. There will operate an oldtimer tractor with supporter as shuttle service between the locations as well. Also on this day there is regaling in our fixed tent. Starting from 06:00 pm we meet in the town hall to our big evening party with dinner (lots of local specialities).

Sunday, 6.June
On this day there takes place another classic meeting for all different kinds of cars. Again the spare-parts market is open. At 10:30 am there will be a big white sausage breakfast. In addition the Triumpf orchestra entertains us with their music throughout the whole day. Besides a Ferrari club has already registered for this day. Also there will be some very old fire-fighting vehicles. At the area of the brewery you can find a “before war exhibition” with - among other things - a Horch and a Maybach zeppelin.

Changes and additions reserved.
