Default Small line / crack dashboard

Just next to the instrument binnacle on the top. A single straight cut about 8cm long 6mm wide at the middle. Any tips for what could be used to fix other than replace dashboard which seems far too invasive.

Hmm guess why I left it alone Simon, never seen it on any other B3/B4 dash it was there when I bought it in 2013 so I left it alone, probably only real fix is to change dash which is why I left it alone. Did a dash out/in years ago on a B3 80 16 valve quattro (brothers wifes car) out of neccessity to change heater matrix, not something I would do again in a hurry.

No idea, maybe thats how it looks when you are finished with it?

I've used heat before to blend in where a screw hole had been on a dashboard, worked for me. I suppose it will all depend on the dash material?

Pretty sure an auto trim fix specialist would do a good cover-up job.
