seats
Hi upgrading the front and rear seats in my 1990 quattro coupe to script seats. rear seats done. how do the front seats come out please and how do they go back.helpfull tips too please Cheers

On the notched central adjusting bar is a allen bolt at the end.Undo that, slide seat forward till it comes out of central bar and slide all the way back until the seat frame ends clear the seat runners and lift out.Very simple if a little awkward.Hope that helps.

Search function at its best!
Used this to help fit my seats this evening. Those bloody screws are TIGHT! Had to remove the old fittings from my original rear seats and transfer them over as they were missing. Two of the screws ended up being cut off! Little buggers There was another thread regarding the rear seats too. Very helpful TBH, I doubt I'd have figured those out...
