Went to Kirkby Lonsdale Motor Clubs 'Cars the Star' show on Sunday. A lovely relaxed event blessed by great weather and although the turn out was reported to be down on previous years, possibly due to a change of venue, there were still some terrific vehicles on display

I entered Beryl Beetle in the 1970-79 Sports and GT class and I'm pleased to report we bagged another win and at this event voting for the class winners was done by the owners of other vehicles on display rather than the show organisers

Had a chat with the owner of the Quattro which won the Sports and GT 1980-89 class. Not bad for a daily driver!
