Off to see a man about a car today! If nothing else, I'll drop your details through is door fella!
Not sure whats good on the car, but it's gotta have something left, even if it's just a 5T badge for some true stealth styling!!! |

Been up for a butchers today.
The bad news is that it is an auto, and it really is shot. There probably are some salvageable parts off it, but I ain't seen them yet! 5T and 200 Turbo badges will clean up! Wheels are good! Ally trim around the bumpers don't see too bad. o/s wing mirror is nowt more than a skeleton. Interior might be good underneath the mountain of growth!!! Roof/Sunroof is beyond any use. Glass is ok. Forgot to get a good look and front front twin lamps. there was no answer on the door so I've dropped your details through the letter box. There wasn't that much mail on the floor so I can presume that the old guy ain't dead yet!! |

Well I guess that makes life simpler then - I shall have to live with the auto. I much appreciate your effort on my behalf, it's above and beyond! If the old chap does want to part with the 5T then I think I'll still be up to collect it - just for the bumpers! I wonder how easy it would be to convert a 5E to a 5T.....?
Thanks again, Christian |
