drivers window regulator
Hi
My drivers window made a noise and stopped working on my 1985 2.3 quattro coupe. I have opened the door panel and all the wires are plugged in , there is 12v power going in the wires right up to the motor so i think its fair to say its the motor thats gone. Any one have one for sale? Thanks |

Before you do anything else, have you considered trying to clean the motor? Just in case gunk maybe the cause?
Spraying some electrical cleaner over it... |

Probably even more money but quattro corner sell them - no price on website so you would need to phone or email.
Ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-COUPE...item35cfc25be7

window working
THANK YOU to all the replies.
RINGMASTER is the man or woman. Took their advice, sprayed it on and went for a drive. 45 minutes later when the spray had worked its way through , it was all working again. So once again thank you to everyone. |

Glad I could help. All part of the forum.
It's easy to forget electric motors can be spoilt by grime. BTW I'm a bloke...... |
