The Joys of Lowering!

The missus borrowed Poop yesterday as I needed the A4 to go to the zoo with the little'un. Got a call from Lou saying does Poop always stink of Petrol? She never has done and I couldnt understand why. Got up this morning needed to go 5 miles down the road and all I could smell was 97 Ron!. Car started to cut out and run really crap. Pulled over and there was fuel pissing out from drivers side just infront of the back wheel. Called my mate got the car back to his garage and up on ramps. The fuel line ripped to shit and a long gash along the frame. Called the missus, " darling did you go over a speed bumps yesterday?" "Yes I did but I slowed down to 30!!!!!!

New fuel line fitted today, more fookin money!!!

This is the main negative about going uber low, I used to have a Mk2 I dropped 80mm had to slow down for pot holes in the road!

After that I decided if I lower any car, I want it as practical as possible. I am very happy with the 40mm Spax setup on the sport.

Fit bigger alloys, or larger profile tyres to increase road clearance.

She never really got the hang of a standard transmision.
I'm ok withthat most of the time.
