Default Van drivers- now need parts for the Cq

Thought I'd been through enough this past 7 days, what with my mum in law passing, my mum collapsing and now in hospital, but clearly someone somewhere has decided otherwise.. Thought I'd use the quattro to get to work this morning as its not been out properly for almost 3 weeks with everything thats being going on and left nice and early so traffic was quiet but had to stop as a farmer was letting his cows accross the road. The impatient van driver in front didn't want to wait 2 minutes so put his van in reverse and slammed into my Cq despite me standing on the horn as I could see what was going to happen. had time to decide less damage if I kept all the brakes off.
So I need help sourcing spares. Need 2off front clear indicators , the front fogs I already have spares for fortunately and will see what other damage once I get the bumper off tonight. Arghh! Just so glad he avoided damaging the bonnet or wings....

If it’s true that these things come in threes then hopefully that’s you done!

A wise investment indeed, without that footage he could have turned round and said you ran up the back of him, £2000+ in whiplash for him and his 2 chronically ill passengers who were in the van, who knows what in damaged Ming vases he was transporting etc etc....

Hope the damage is only skin deep and is an easy enough fix...

Gutted for you. Glad you had the dash cam. So bloody annoying.. hope you can sort it with his insurance reasonably quickly.

Well I thought I had fog lights but it appears they are both drivers side so if anyone has one for the passenger side Found a pair of old orange indicators but like to find another pair of the clear ones again if they exist now. Managed to sort the bumper and support brackets so just need these 2 items to sort....

I've said it loads before if anyones paying attention,
it's always others who ruin our cars for us.

Best of luck finding the parts you need.
