Default Not got the horn..

my horn stopped suddenly stopped working and now there's a weird clicking noise in it's place that eminates from under the glove box instead. any ideas?

2nd, for the Horn relay option. The horns themselves are up front, and if they are original, I think they have lasted well. I replaced mine (with something straight from Halfrauds) in 199something.

I third the relay.When its an earth thats come adrift or the horns fubar they just dont work, no sound at all.
I replaced mine with a set from Halfords as well and i think they came with a new relay.

Check the fuse is ok.
Check the connections to fuse and the relay o/p are clean and good.
Check the connections at the horn end too.
But yes, horns can fail unexpectedly too.

ahhhh...just had a thought...i wonder if that was the horn i saw when the panel beater had the bumper off - is it beside the washer bottle behind the nearside headlamp per chance? if so perhaps he's disturbed a wire as i'm sure the thing was working prior to painting..hmm
