Default Audi arches

I've got an 1987 Audi 80 GT Coupe that im going to prep for track days ie stripped out, lightened etc.

I want to fit some wide steels and lower it a fair bit so i reckon i'll need some wider arches, can anyone direct me to a supplier for repro Quattro arches or suggest an alternative?

Did think about G60 arches?

Cheers

I guess if you're going for track day lightness and bumper to bumper style driving then plastics would be better.

The Jap scene uses these bolt on styles which look pretty good on the right car. Here's an ebay link to a completed auction but the guy might be able to help.

G60 are also an option but they are bonded instead of riveted and getting them to look right - even on a Golf can be a pain.

Stu. I just noticed Nigel's post in Readers rides. He has some nifty extensions on his Quattro arches. Wonder where they are from and if they would fit the standard panels?

The "eyebrows" I managed to get from AM cars and are "group 4" extensions, these are made from fibreglass and are moulded to fit the ur front and rear wings so I dont think they would be any good to you, plus there are rather dear at £ 180 plus vat
