Default windscreen washer removal

how can 2 wee things be so stubborn to get off,i have the heated washer jets but need them off the car ,preparing for resparay but they are very stubborn how do you release them cheers once again guys.

Assuming you have removed the hoses is there no clip visible at all ?

hi again mate your my saviour it seems, no clips can been seen it must be just levering them off, but very tight and scared in case i scratch the bonnet hmmmm

Assuming its A B3/4 they are a right pita to remove. you probably will bend the bonnet to remove them. I cant remember how i've removed them!!!
Goggle a picture, that will help, i think you put a flat screwdriver in from the underside of the bonnet.

yep tried the trim removal tools on them still not budging gonnae try wd40 morra when i get back from work thought some one would have removed them at least for painting etc.

I have never removed them myself, i can only think they are clipped in somehow and not bonded in, i will look at mine for you.

Right just had a look, silly question but you have removed the heating plugs, yes? then when they are off you can see what i can only describe as a spreader that has opened up when the jet was inserted.

Wish i could put photo's on but i can't, maybe somebody else can for you. Hope it's of some help.

There's a little tab underneath which you need to fold up to release them.

You can still get new ones

That's the word, i could only think of spreader to describe it, the good news is from mikes2 in that you can still get them, very handy to know !

ah so once i have taken off the hose and the rubber capping there i can see two wires heading to the washer i take it there is a plug thats to be removed forst then the washer.
