Default Lower door strip 80 cabriolet

For an 80 cabriolet, could be the same as the b4 coupe? Exterior rubber door strip, the black one near the bottom of the door. Mine is coming away slightly at the rear of it, so would like to get one in tip top condition.

From Audi, not cheap but well worth it if your only buying one.

Or a set at £260 ish.

The problem is, where do you stop...they would look a bit out of place, unless you change all the rubber etc, then there’s the chrome surrounds etc etc.. But yeh, point taken. If i cant find someone who’s got a decent second hand one then I’ll get new.

Cheers for the info for b3/4 and coupe

My twopence worth is these rubber trims make a big difference to the overall look of the car. More than they probably should and because of this you don't necessarily need to change every other bit of trim to "keep up".
It's surprising what a decent set can do but they aren't cheap and don't last forever either!!!
Should've been made with stainless steel internal rods. This was an error by Audi but at £260 a replacement set they might see it otherwise!!!
