Default Audi S2 Engine For Sale 3B

I have a virtually complete 3B engine for sale including MAF, ECU, Loom,Starter, boost hoses. In fact the only things I think I am short is a power steering pump pulley and bracket. And a cambelt plastic cover.
I don't have any history on the Engine but have been told it is a good running unit.

It turns over by hand and has been in dry storage in my garage.

£900ono

I shall wait to see what's up with my engine on the weekend then I may be in touch (though hopefully not - no offence!)

You're a bad person, Brian. Do want, shouldn't be trying to justify

In light of my car woes today I think we should talk...

Firstly how easy would it be to transplant into my WR URQ? Will I still be able to use my digi green dash for example?

Ok, thanks JJ, a straightforward job for a vw mastertech with 15+ years experience?

Mines got a hybrid turbo fitted, can that still be used with the 3b?

Next question, who wants a WR engine? One careful owner... and me! lol

My advice would be, and this is no offence to your mastertec, but get Brian to fit it, and get it fitted as a Standard 3B, then get it running right, which, to be fair, shouldn't be an issue with Brian, then think about the upgrades... getting it on the move is the key...

Yeah that's a fair point for both getting it running and who to fit it! Think I'm going to just have to get the car in my garage (crazy steep drive) and 'retire' it for winter, maybe do some bodywork whilst I save them pennies!

I'll get the full diagnosis in the next week or so which will put me in the position to make a more informed choice.

Cheers all. Think I need a beer tonight!
