Question Is this a 200 3B flywheel?

A chap on the S2 forum has this for sale off an Audi 200 3B 20VT .

Can anyone confirm if this is indeed the right item I need for my AAN into 016 CQ conversion?

And also advice if this flywheel is in good condition or not?

Cheers.

Is that the timing pin in the first photo? on the part number side?

He also said his mechanic thinks it need a slight skim? Does that look like it needs doing? And where would I take it for that? any good machine shop?

Skimming flywheels to restore the clutch face is a very routine job, any decent machine shop will handle that easily

Cheers! So hopefully this is good ?

So, if I buy this, what clutch do I need? One for an Audi 200 3B ? or one for an Audi UR Quattro or some kind of mix and match?

My gearbox is 016 5 speed in a type 85 CQ and I'm wanting to mate it with an AAN 20 vt engine.

I don't have a clue. I'd expect it be a ur quattro one as it needs to fit the splines in your gearbox.

Does the AAN have a pilot bearing at the end of the crank as that flywheel doesn't have one

Alright Mike, aan has it in the flywheel, gaz needs to press a new needle bearing into his aan crank, quite straightforward from memory

I did this same conversion using the same flywheel back in 2008,its still unfinished lol

Pretty certain I used a clutch(sachs) from an RR Urq on mine, pretty sure that flywheel was used on 3b 200s,RR urq and some 10v 100 turbo engines
