These places do exist , it's just knowing where, so looks like you did very well.

When we had our 17" A2 Sorts wheels refurbed, coming up 3 years ago now, i tried Pristine thinking worth a try - wanted £320 plus £80 fit and balance.

Company we use in Hatfield charged £240 all in, did a fab job, it's just that the mrs likes to scrape them albeit gently every now and then. Need doing again now for that minty look.

Still,.......l i've bought another set just for my car! She can run on the scraped ones.

That's a really good price. Pristine were over a £100 a wheel but then they did a fantastic job and had used them for the best part of 20 years. Found someone in Rushden now who is pretty good and about half the price
