Default Fuel filter for Audi Coupe Quattro '85

Hello, I'm new to these forums, I've been reading through plenty of useful posts, but cannot seem to find any advice on fuel filters for my specific car.

I have an Audi Coupe Quattro '85 with a 2.2L 5 Cylinder non-turbo.

Could anyone point me in the right direction to find a fuel filter?

Many thanks
Rosco

To be honest any motor factors will be able to get you one, normally under a £10, part number 811133511D, Ebay item 391346816238 £5.42 delivered, make sure this one fits your car before you buy.

Hair, hair, don't talk to me about hair, went into the local barbers last week, he asked "what I would like", I replied "what can you do with this" pointing at my head, he had a wee look and produced a large paper bag and replied " off the ears and short at the back will be £8, the paper bag is £2, we only do this routine when the shop is packed, I was at school with him, but it is funny.

Thanks for the advice guys, have ordered the one off ebay.

She still needs a bit of a clean up and i'll be hand turning the engine over next week after it's sat unused for some time, then i'll have some photos to post soon.

It's a 5 year project for me, so no doubt i'll be a regular visitor to these forums.

Best of luck with it and a warm welcome.

Please keep us up to speed, we all like a restoration thread with pics. Genuinely interested as well.

p.s. Please bear with us, most are just a little bit crazy
