Default Gone mad with the polishing machine

Went mad with the polishing machine on the CQ today, rain finally stopped play, but on a score of 1 to 10, it's probably a 7... basic polishing is superb, but it hates anything other than wide open areas of bodywork... So basic, good old elbow grease came in there. How do you professionals manage the fiddly bits?

fiddly bits are a pain in the arse! I've got a few 3" and 4" cutting and compounding pads I use which will do things like door jambs, front bumpers etc etc but for the real fiddly bits like around the wings mirrors and door handles then it's just good ol' elbow grease.
