Default 'A' bit too new for this forum?

I'm back in ownership of an Audi. It's been 3 years! Possibly too new for this forum, but it is 20 years old...

A big from me. They were very modern for their time. Fond memories of my one.

Twenty years out in the cold is long enough. The Merc forum's welcomed my P plate C class, so your classic Audi wheels are very welcome in my opinion.

Welcome back.

I'm surprised at just how few of these you see nowadays.

The Audi looks in very good order paintwork / body wise. Nice.

I think it might benefit from the heat gun trick on the lower bumper sections?

They were that colour from new for the life of me I've no idea why. Look much better colour coded like the later ones.

Thumbs up

Its about time this forum accepted the early 'A' seris cars as classics. There must be more members who own them alongside the 80/90 and 100's and want a forum where they can share their views on non customised or modified cars as the other Audi specific forums for them seem to cater for non standard stuff.

Just my view
