Default What's yer daily hack??

My normally daily is a 1987 VW Multivan due to the amount of crap I have to take to and from work every day and I also have to get this thing inside the car as well as she comes to work with me in the afternoon!
But she does sit nicely on the back seat of the 1979 audi 80 and as the fabric is shot, I'm not that bothered about ther being in it!! And the smell of dog is a tad better than the smell of old man that still lingers after all this time!!!

This week it's been my '97 F250 7.3L turbo diesel 4x4, 17mpg any way you cut it, as my wife is wheeling my '94 S4 while I put new control arms and brakes on her avant. The F250 is a slow, bouncy ride to work. Diesel is "only" $2.75/gallon now......super is up to $3.25/gallon.

Mines a Golf GTI mk1, nothing better in London for getting from A to B. I didn't realise how big cars have got until I parked next to a new golf in our car park the other day, mine looked the size of a lupo next to it!

Only got the space and finances for one set of wheels here, so the S4 has to do duty as the daily hack AND the weekend smile machine. Can think of worse cars though ...
