If I had the space...
The guy had this up for sale last year when it was running for around £1500 I think - should be a guide to the condition its in. Bargain with a quick fix for someone.

spoke to the chap last week and seems a bit of a bargain. Does sound well solid. My only concern is whether because the vinyl roof has ripped down the one side, whether that has beome a bit of a water trap around the o/s edge of the roof???

Never had much experience with Vinyl on the roof. Bit of an unknown entity. Does the glue used affect the paintwork underneath? Has it lifted/bubbled and then cracked or has something torn it from above. Its hard to tell from the photos.

Think he said it was down to brittleness and has just lifted, which means it would have been gradually and water could have been getting in there for a while if it's been parked up outside.
easy fix is to treat the roof and recover it with vinyl again! What ya can't see ain't worth worrying about!!! |

Should be alright I would have thought unless the paint has split. The glue on the paint should have kept the majority of weather out.
