I'm sure someone on here had suffered similar damage to their Ur, but had no end of trouble with the dealer.

It's an A3, and a secondhand one at that. Daft Audi, for not being specific, but she's just a chancer. If I were them, I'd send out for 2 McDonald's meals, and be done.
