ive put 4k on mine this year , no probs, suppose a cheap t44?? , [there is not one], they were all big luxo barges and spares are priced accordingly, still,,
as mark says most parts are either t44 or a6 c4 chassis , so there is plenty of stuff around, my 3.6 has a chiped ecu so it goes more like a 4.2, just need an exhaust, and a lowering kit, but lovely to smoke around in,

Both on my list for the spring season.
Coilsprings in Sheffield have given me a quote. I just need to get a better idea of spring rates to use.

Exhaust is probably going to be courtesy of Paul in Luxembourg.

Mark, i think the spring rates are front 1240 , rears are 1200, i have no idea of coil size etc, but i do have a set of hr fronts 2291 which could be used as a pattern? and mabe a few sets bought would be better, i am looking for 2 sets
3.6 v8 and s4 4.2 v8[both use the same set up],
let me know
chris

Coilsprings have the standard data from a set I provided; I just need to find out what rates to for, front and rear.

In your case, it is probably worth doing a few more checks, because what might work for the V8 may not work so well for the S4. Especially if the S4 is an avant.

I know H&R do a set of coils, too. However, I've heard that these can make the ride rather hard. It's a all a compromise, either way.
