There are quite a few mini DA (3") polishers on evilbay for not a bad price. I have no idea what they are like though.

I have a small air grinder/sander 2-3" and a small 2" DA sander, that are ok but do run out of guts a bit if worked hard. The small grinder I can just hear the bearings staring to rattle, however its 6 years old, did the Mustang resto and a lot of this GT6 so for £35 I have had a good use out of it, and if its bin time then I don't mind at that price.
