Default Shared Lockup Space Available / Northampton

Not sure if anyone is interested in this, but in my quest for find more space, solve my storage issue and hopefully keep my cabriolet, I have found a small industrial type unit in Northampton area that looks fit for purpose, its probably too cost prohbitative on my own on top of my usual business outgoings, however, thought I would post on here to see if anyone local fancies going in on this and splitting the costs?

Essentially it could be done for £40 a month each if split between two people.

The spec:
  • 563 Sq Feet
  • 2 Vehicle Parking Places outside.
  • Easy access to A5, M1 and M40
  • close to Towcester
  • 13 electric roller shutter door
  • Insulated roof and walls
  • Very clean!

I would need to find out more info and potentially have a look, enquire into things like electricity charges and stuff, but for now I am throwing this out there to see if there is interest?

I just got the cabby MOT'd this morning and me and the 3 guys in there had a right old chin wag on Politics/brexit and it wasn't even me who started the conversation Ive never heard in all my life so many people passionate about politics as they were for that referendum. The MOT guy is of to OZ next month which is a shame as i really got one well with him such a nice down to earth chap.

I did think £40 per month seamed very good despite not knowing what things cost, shame really as i would have jumped at that! Not sure you would like my funk though or smooth radio, not that i would have been there much, probably would have seen you twice a year.

To be honest I'm not into politics per se but you right in that it was quite the stirrer, amazing how much emotion people vented, in any case, it's early days and I think it was the right result, glad we have a new PM who appears to have her head screwed on though!

The unit looks perfect but it as all things is down to £££

I pay more than that ( £46 month) for a single local Council lockup 16' x 10' with NO facilities ! ( It is very close to home and very near my own garage though ).
