Default 240v electric hoist

is this of any use to anybody on here ?
fits on a RSJ ect
it's ideal for lifting 250 KG

Micky, roughly, what are the dimensions of the thing?
My Old man might like it to work the hoist to lift the hard top of his car- bit of an overkill but at the moment the hoist is manuall and he's getting on a bit!
