Well, after waiting for what feels like ages the pump from Lithuania arrived in the post during the week. Picked it up from the post office this morning.

Returned home after a couple of hours at work, stripped down the rear quarter trim and plugged the bad boy in... nothing. Nothing at all.

Opened the case up and got the multimeter out. There's power getting to the board at the plug, just not any other part of it.

In desperation I swapped over the pump, tubes and the motor to my old one. Hooked that up and the motor jumps into life and locks the doors but still just keeps on running. No fix there then.

Was hoping the leak might have been in one of those parts as the lock hoses pass the blow/suck test

Now looking at sending the pump back for a refund. So can't be arsed with it though.

Is there anything else that would cause the pump to keep running other than a leak? As I say I've tested the hoses from the locks, I've also tried swapping over the parts that can be swapped over between pumps, no difference.

Update:

Can't complain really, got a 100% refund from the seller this morning. Other plus point is he doesn't want me to bother returning the pump.

It's obviously no use to him either broken but it saves me a lot of hassle posting back to Lithuania.

Long story short: I'm still looking for a central locking pump, anyone?
