Hi Tim,

I know what you mean; I'm going to need another one soon, but I don't have the time to cover the distance for this one; ..... I know that if I go hunting in a couple of months time, I won't find anything worthwhile!....

Unhappy

Hi everyone
thanks for the interest in the car, I find it strange that there appears to be little current value in a car the cost more than a Porsche turbo when it was new (probably because it outperformed it!), air con, cruise control, electric seats etc etc, turbo intercooled engine and 4wd.
I have just called the srap yard to collect the car, I havent the space or facilities to strip the car, so unfortunately that will be one less source of parts when anyone needs them.
Again, thanks to Spink for getting the pictures on line and for trying to find a suitable buyer, and to everyone for their interest.

£90 from the crusher man. I removed the newish battery I put on to get it running, and saved a few bits of switchgear, a couple of switch panels, plus one alloy, the jack and wheelbrace, along with a part Spink requested, so hopefully a few spares were saved.....

How much would an engine and gearbox complete with differentials cost if someone wanted one??????????????????? Too late.....................

I know it is crazy! I already have two 100s, and this would have got me kicked out the house.

It is a sad day when a perfectly good car gets crushed.

There was a 1990 G reg Audi 100 turbo quattro that got £585 last night on ebay, same car but with slightly less powerful MC engine.
