Audi c4 aircond problem

hi,
i have a problem regarding my air cond
- sometimes cold,sometimes hot. (preferrably cold,living in s.e.asia)
-when accelerating hard, air cond gone,= hot (lost 'snow' symbol at aircond panel)
-anyone had experience this?
