I was early teens when they were out, that and a bit of Motown, I was young, confused, the early days

However, and there is always one from me, in the early 80's a couple of girl friends, I wasn't the right gender for either of them, took me to one of their clubs, and I think it was call Lady Gaga, well before that woman now, cant remember where it was exactly but it was lower Regent Street somewhere. I was the odd straight person out in there, but Funkie me old mate, some of the tunes were blindingly good, the remixes we just something I have never heard again. Absolutely F fantastic night, such a laugh. If any of the readers on here have heard of it I would love to know exactly where it was and its era. I would love to be able to get some of those tunes again. Reputedly this track was played at a famous club, speeded up and then someone main stream caught hold of it, enter Sylvester and the rest is history. Not sure if that's correct or not but, that's the way the story goes I heard.
