Any manchester UR quattro owners, help needed

I have a UR quattro which am having trouble starting is there any one around the manchester area who can help me out on my car or know of any decent garages who can get the thing going for me, really do want it on the road this summer been off road for 10 years any help appreciated

What are the symptoms?

If it's been off road for 10 years there could be a pretty long list of things to do to recommission it.
