I guess with early Audi 80's it's really down to what one person is prepared to pay.
I'd personally only value an Audi 80 quattro at between £1800 and £2500 (up to £3k for a low mileage nice minty one), but that said, there's a market we know simply as "Ireland!", where a strong Euro against a pound which is worth the square root of jack shit, means cars like this end up going over there for fairly strong money.
