Default 1982 Audi 80 CL

Spotted on my meanderings.....

I plan to pursue this one, it seems worth resurecting.

My "find".

1982 Audi 80 CL , 1.6
4 door, dark blue.

Found while walking to improve my circulation.....

Whatcha think ??

Not sure how to say it.... can't be arsed about a numberplate, will not pay for them, but as you say, it is worth something for someone.

Will keep you up to date with the progress on the car.

best way to be with the numberplate, but if you get it, it could be worth selling on and recoup the cost of buying the car. If you do enquire about it and they say the car is worth more because of the plate then tell them you don't want it and they can put the number "on retention" and get an age related plate issued for the car which would be a W reg anyway. Whatever number they reassign becomes non transferrable anyway.

Thanks for that.
Deffo what I would do, you cannot sleep under a plate, or eat it, can you ?

Incidentaly, I collect numberplates, from around the world, so do keep that in mind in your travels or conquests.

To me a plate like this is worthy:

Will cost you around £150 in South Africa, and yours for life.

My one old bike, with a £50 special plate, getting MOT'd Wednesday, now a UK "X-Plate"

My bike I had before the GS, was an R1100R so the plate spelled it in part, again £50 plate, and note the roof beams of my garage.
The garage could keep 7 cars, and behind to the left was a carport and more concreted parking..... ahhh, the good old days

Oh, and I used to be a bit of a stud...... 4 Ring Mafia territory.

Well, it seems you are not just a cloth/mop weilding nutter, but that you have a weird sense of humour too.

I think I am gonna like this place.
