I sold the 190e back in October. And replaced it with a 1987 BMW 5 series.

Ha! I wish, pity I don’t have £25k free. It’s the baby of the range unfortunately, but they don’t come up for sale very often. It’s a 518i lux. Not even a 6 cylinder.



I’m going to sort the rust and running gear then eventually (hopefully) drop a 2L straight 6 in. If not sell it and buy a real one when the time comes

.....of course '87 was older model, I was thinking the E34 shape. Does it matter it has a 4-pot when it looks like this !! Scottish reg too, was it local to you?

I had a 1984 520. Great car. 6 pot is defo worth it. Super smooth and surprisingly quick when revved. I had it for 4 years back in the 90s which is a long time for me to keep a car!

And just remembered mine was A312HSA which I think is also a Scottish reg.
