Wow. And he mentions blemishes to the paintwork. Prepare to see this stay on the market, slowly reducing in price. There's a £12k one on ebay that hasn't shifted in weeks

Jeez, thats more than double what I sold my beauty for about 4 years back....and the buyer was going to cut it in half to make a Sport Quattro.......

Would this have gas struts on the bonnet? Mine (an 86 model) just has the standard bonnet stay like other coupes have.

Would not have been fitted as standard but if the bonnet is the same part number as the ur then it would be easy enough to fit the gas struts and brackets!

The gas struts have been added as said. Only the Ur got them from the factory on B2s.

Noticed it also has ABS which was quite rare on these.

It's nice, but not £15k nice

It’s a fairly good example and it looks as though a lot of work and money has gone into it, however it still needs some bits doing and a few thousand at least over priced.

These have definitely gone up in value, in my opinion a few good examples need to sell for the asking price to set a value benchmark.

I have a friend with a e-reg cq which also had abs. Though he's always struggling to get parts for it.
